I want new apartment unit in new building in very decent area for low income residents in a very ddecent area that’s not so dangerous. No junkies hanging out on the street corners anywere like they do in roxbury and dorchester cities and maldern too. I just need an apartment in newton waltham and brookline only or any cities like them but not too near downtown Boston but on the orange or greenlines or redlines train stations and the buslines so I can get back and forth. I want the apartment unit to be luxurus looking as well. even for people like myself having bad credit or no creadit also.
